​ Faulkner Crossing POA

 

The Faulkner Crossing Property Owners Association is a non profit organization established for the maintenance, preservation, and improvement of all common areas throughout the Faulkner Crossing Subdivision is North Little Rock.

 

In the year 2014 and forward the annual dues will be $120 as stated in our covenants.

Property Owners not in good standing will have a lien automatically placed on their property. Accounts with the Association will have to be satisfied before the property in question can be sold.

 

Payment of annual dues entitles residents to neighborhood privileges.  Amenities within Faulkner Crossing include the playground and walking trails as well as the landscaping at the entrances and throughout the neighborhood.
